bosco, cardio-fréquencemètres...) --> détermination points
forts/points faibles. (ex de
profil)
• Au
regard de ces évaluations, optimisation/développement des qualités
musculaires de force et d'explosivité, amélioration de la vitesse et
de la coordination avec une approche spécifique à la discipline.
• Optimisation/développement des
qualités aérobies, axées sur les capacités à réitérer les efforts
brefs et explosifs déterminants dans la majorité des activités
sportives (sport-co, jeux de raquette...).
• Prévention des blessures et travail
prophylactique (travail en relation avec les kinés).
• Suivi de l'état
de forme et de la performance physique par l'analyses de
différents indicateurs pertinents, et notamment de la qualité de
sommeil et variabilité de la fréquence cardiaque (ce qui a fait
l'objet de mon Doctorat)
• Travail sur vidéo à l'aide du
Logiciel Dartfish
